All-rounder Irfan Pathan launched the first southern coaching centre of his academy ‘Cricket Academy of Pathans’ (CAP) here on Saturday.

The academy, located at Haralur Road near Sarjapur, will cater to both boys and girls, aged 6 to 21, with special emphasis on sports science including talks on nutrition and diet plans.
The academy also promises a technology-driven approach with the use of ‘PitchVision’, a cricket coaching technology developed in the United Kingdom, which will help coaches track the overall progress of players on a day-to-day basis.
